PA CONNECTING COMMUNITIES' PROGRAMS WILL LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE SKILLS AND SELF ESTEEM WHICH WILL ENHANCE SUCCESS AT SCHOOL, WORK, AND WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
