VENTURE PORTLAND BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF AND CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THESE DISTRICTS THAT COLLECTIVELY MEET LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DEMAND FOR GOODS AND SERVICES.
