THE ORGANIZATIONS'S PROGRAMMING PROVIDES YOUNG PEOPLE WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN VOCAL MUSIC AND DANCE SKILLS AS WELL AS SHOWMANSHIP TEAMWORK, SELF ESTEEM, AND STAGE PRESENCE.
