THE TRUST MANAGES AND RESTORES LAND; MONITORS AND ENFORCES CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON PROTECTED PROPERTY; PROVIDES SERVICES TO LANDOWNERS TO HELP MANAGE AND RESTORE THEIR LAND; OPERATES A SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC GARDEN; A FARMS FOR THE FUTURE PROGRAM PROVIDING ACCESS TO FARMLAND, FARMING INFRASTRUCTURE AND MENTORING FOR NEW FARMERS; AN EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE (CSA) FARM; AND OTHER STEWARDSHIP PROGRAMS INCLUDING HIKING AND ALL ACCESS TRAILS ON PROTECTED PROPERTY.

MISSION:

THE SOUTHAMPTON FRESH AIR HOME PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL CAMPING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED YOUTH. ADAPTED ACTIVITIES INCLUDE SPORTS, ARTS AND CRAFTS AND COMPUTER TRAINING. WE PROVIDE A SUPPORTIVE AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES SELF-ESTEEM, MATURITY AND INDEPENDENCE.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities which house a collection of materials including books, manuscripts, journals, government documents and non-print formats such as paintings, musical recordings, videotapes, films and data files which are organized for access by a targeted population.

THE CLUB PROVIDES GOLF FACILITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND MAINTAINS A CLUBHOUSE, WHICH INCLUDES LODGING AND DINING FACILITIES FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF ITS MEMBERS.

MEETING HOUSE LANE MEDICAL PRACTICE, PC (THE PRACTICE) WAS INCORPORATED ON MARCH 30, 2007 AS A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION UNDER NEW YORK STATE LAW, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MEDICAL SERVICES. THE PRACTICE PROVIDES MEDICAL SERVICES AS REQUESTED BY STONY BROOK SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL (HOSPITAL) AND ALSO TO PATIENTS IN THE BROADER COMMUNITY. HOSPITAL IDENTIFIED CERTAIN HEALTH CARE NEEDS IN THE COMMUNITY THAT WERE UNMET. HOSPITAL DETERMINED THAT THE BEST WAY TO FULFILL THESE HEALTH CARE NEEDS WAS FOR THE PRACTICE TO ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL OVER THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES. ADDITIONALLY, HOSPITAL AND THE PRACTICE RECONGNIZED THIS ARRANGEMENT WOULD FACILITATE BETTER, MORE EFFICIENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH THIRD PARTY PAYORS AND ALSO ALLOW FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD. THE PRACTICE'S MEDICAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT THE HOSPITAL AND AT PHYSICIAN PRACTICE LOCATIONS WITHIN HOSPITAL'S SERVICE AREA. HOSPITAL IS A NEW YORK NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION THAT HAS BEEN RECOGNIZE
