THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY TO DEVELOP A SENIOR CITIZEN'S HOUSING PROJECT FOR PERSONS OF LOW INCOME AND IS SUPPORTED BY A FEDERALLY AIDED MORTGAGE AS DEFINED IN SECTION 572 OF THE PRIVATE HOUSING FINANCE LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
