COMING HOME CONNECTION'S MISSION IS TO LEAD, COALESCE, AND ACTIVATE A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT FOR OLDER ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT PROVIDES TRUSTED, HIGH QUALITY AND COMPASSIONATE IN-HOME CAREGIVING, RESOURCES, AND END OF LIFE CARE FOR ALL IN NEED, NO MATTER THEIR ABILITY TO PAY.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

STRAY HEARTS IS A NO-KILL ANIMAL SHELTER AND ADOPTION FACILITY PROVIDING HUMANE CARE AND SHELTER FOR MORE THAN 1,500 SURRENDERED, ABANDONED AND ABUSED COMPANION ANIMALS PER YEAR.

PROVIDE SHELTER FOR EQUINE (HORSES, BURROS AND MULES). SHELTER INCLUDES CARE, REHABILITATION AND ADOPTION SERVICES FOR ABUSED, NEGLECTED, ABANDONED AND UNWANTED EQUINE.
