REHABILITATE AND RETURN TO THE WILD ORPHANED BEAR CUBS, STUDY SOCIAL AND COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR OF BLACK BEARS, EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT BLACK BEARS AND COLLABORATE WITH NEW HAMPSHIRE FISH & GAME AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
