RAINBOW WORLD CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER WILL ENCOURAGE QUALITY CHILDCARE FOR THE GREATER WAYNE COMMUNITY. IT WILL STIMULATE CHILDREN'S SOCIAL, INTELLECTUAL, AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT BY UTILIZING DEVELOPMENT APPROPRIATE LEARNING TOOLS.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
