TO FOSTER, DEVELOP AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUPPORT OF RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE WORK OF THE EPISCOPAL CHURCH DIOCESE OF WNC AND ELSEWHERE THROUGH GRANTS, LOANS AND GIFTS TO AGENCY BODIES AFFILIATED WITH THE CHURCH.
