THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS A MINIMUM OF TWO PERFORMANCES PER YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS AUDITIONS AND THEN SPENDS TIME TRAINING AND REHEARSING WITH THE DANCERS. TICKETS ARE SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO HELP UNDERWRITE THE COST OF THE PERFORMANCES.

TO PROMOTE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT, TEACHING EXCELLENCE AND QUALITY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AT ALDERT ROOT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA THROUGH CURRICULUM ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS, TEACHING AND STAFF POSITIONS, LIBRARY AND TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES AND TEACHER AND STAFF ENRICHMENT.
