WE PROVIDE PREVENTION SERVICES BEFORE FAMILIES REACH A CRISIS, SHELTER AND CASE MANAGEMENT WHEN THEY BECOME HOMELESS, AND STABILIZATION PROGRAMS ONCE THEY HAVE SECURED HOUSING TO ENSURE THEY REMAIN INDEPENDENT.
