THE COLLABORATIVE ALSO FACILITATES INFORMATION SHARING AMONG PARTNERS AND SERVICE DELIVERY PROGRAMS VIA GATHERINGS AND A WEBSITE, AND PROVIDES TRAINING FOR LOCAL COLLABORATIVE TIME STUDY (LCTS) PARTICIPANTS KEEPING THEM UP TO DATE
