THE NATIONAL COALITION FOR HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE WORKS TO IMPROVE THE CARE OF PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS OR LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESSES BY CONVENING THE FIELD, ADVOCATING FOR EQUITABLE POLICIES AND IMPROVED HEALTH OUTCOMES, (CONTD ON SCH. O.)
