THE COUNCIL'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT WORKERS FOR THE ECONOMIC, MORAL AND SOCIAL ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR CONDITION AND STATUS. THE COUNCIL CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 80 DELEGATES FROM 22 LOCAL UNIONS AFFILIATED WITH THE COUNCIL. THE DELEGATES REPRESENT ROUGHLY 9,193 INDIVIDUAL BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES WORKERS IN THE ST PAUL, MN, AREA. AS PART OF ITS EFFORTS, THE COUNCIL COORDINATES SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR MINORITY WORKERS.

The goal of this organization is to operate societies, professional councils, and other organizations that bring together individuals or organizations with a common professional or vocational interest within the Crime, Legal Related major group area.
