THESE PRINCIPLES ARE FIRST TAUGHT IN THE FAMILY WHERE THE PARENTS TEACH THE CHILDREN TO BE GOOD CIVIL SERVANTS, MAKING THEM AN ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY. THEY ARE THEN SPREAD TO THE CHURCH, THE COMMUNITY, LOCAL GOVERNMENT, AND THEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR THE COUNTRY. THIS IS WHAT HAS SHAPED OUR COUNTRY TO BE THE GREATEST COUNTRY THE WORLD HAS KNOWN.
