The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.

TO RESOLVE THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEMS OF LOW INCOME AND OTHER VULNERABLE PEOPLE BY PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY LEGAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH DIRECT REPRESENTATION, EDUCATION, ADVICE, ADVOCACY AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES.

THE CORPORATION IS A TITLE HOLDING ENTITY PURSUANT TO 501(C)(2). THE ENTIRE INCOME IS DISTRIBUTED TO THE ABFM FOUNDATION INC., AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3), AS REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(2).

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND FINANCING TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES.

LIFEWORKS OFFERS A TWO YEAR PROGRAM FOCUSING ON INDEPENDENCE, PRODUCTIVITY, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT FOR ADULTS ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM TO TRANSITION FROM SCHOOLING TO WORK AND INDEPENDENT LIVING.

MISSION:

THE KENTUCKY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION PROVIDES PHYSICIAN ADVOCACY THROUGH GOVERNMENTAL INTERACTION, LEGAL INTERVENTION, AND PUBLIC EDUCATION, AS WELL AS PROVIDING PHYSICIAN EDUCATION THROUGH PERIODIC WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS, AN ANNUAL CONVENTION WITH EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, AND VARIOUS PUBLICATIONS.
