THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 25 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS WABASH SENIOR CITIZENS HOUSING PROJECT LOCATED IN TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN 1968 AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND IS TAX EXEMPT UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE 501(C)(4).

PROVIDE EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE AND SPIRITUAL CARE FOR THE CITIZENS OF HAITI. FUND OPERATIONS FOR A SCHOOL, INCLUDING MEAL PROGRAM IN GRAMOTHE, HAITI AND IN DUMAY, HAITI. PROVIDE SUPPLIES FOR A MEDICAL CLINIC, FOR THE SCHOOLS AND FOR THE CHURCH IN GRAMOTHE, HAITI.
