ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY EDUCATION: THE ORGANIZATION DISTRIBUTES FROM FUNDS RAISED IN THE FORM OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES. LOW INCOME IS DEFINED AS FAMILIES WITH INCOME LESS THAN FOUR TIMES THE POVERTY LEVEL FOR THEIR HOUSEHOLD. THE STATE REQUIRES THAT 90% OF THE FUNDS BE DISTRIBUTED TO THESE FAMILIES, WHICH IS ALWAYS COMPLIED WITH, BUT USUALLY AT LEAST 99% OF THE DONATIONS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS ATTENDING STATE ACCREDITED NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

FORT MADISON SPORTS COMPLEX PROVIDES THE COMMUNITY WITH A COMPLETE YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS PARTICIPANTS FROM KINDERGARTEN TO HIGH SCHOOL POSITIVE LEARNING AND TEAM EXPERIENCES ALONG WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE LIFE-LONG MEMORIES.
