TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF HOUSING TO AMELIORATE HOUSING AND SOCIOECONOMIC NEEDS, AS PART OF THE GOVERNMENT'S EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF NATIVE HAWAIIANS; STRENGTH CULTURAL AND SOCIAL STRENGTHS IN THE COMMUNITY AND OUR YOUTH THROUGH NATIVE HAWAIIAN CULTURE AND HISTORY; AND PROMOTE AND GIVE DIRECTION TO THE USE AND PRESERVATION OF OUR LOCAL NATURAL RESOURCES.

TO HELP PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILY EXPERIENCE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE OCEAN BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION, AND EQUIPMENT TO LEARN ABOUT THE OCEAN'S SURF AND ENVIRONMENT.
