OUR OFFICE IS BASED IN AUGUSTA, GEORGIA ORGANIZING SURROUNDING RURAL AREAS IN-PERSON AND STATEWIDE THROUGH DIGITAL ORGANIZING. WE ARE THE ONLY ORGANIZATION TRULY BASED IN THIS REGION THAT SERVES AS A POLITICAL HOME TO YOUNG PEOPLE OF COLOR YEAR-ROUND. ALL OUR PERMANENT STAFF ARE YOUNG PEOPLE OF COLOR, ROOTED IN THE BROADER AUGUSTA AREA.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING LEASED TO PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS IN CONJUNCTION WITH FHA RENT SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT.

WE PROMOTE CAMARADERIE AND NETWORKING AMOUNG ANIMAL RESCUE GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN IMPROVING ANIMAL WELFARE. THE FUNDS WE RAISE ARE USED TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES FOR STERILIZATION, VACCINES, AND EXTREME MEDICAL PROCEDURES NEEDED TO SAVE OR IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR COMPANION ANIMALS.
