IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF CARE PROVIDED TO ANIMALS IN DENVERS ANIMAL SHELTERS AND INCREASE PLACEMENT OF ADOPTABLE ANIMALS INTO GOOD HOMES. PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. PROVIDE MATERIALS, GOODS, SERVICES AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS THAT DIRECTLY ENHANCE THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS.
