THE MISSION OF MOYO NGUVU CULTURAL ART CENTER INC IS TO AID IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF JUSTICE AND PEACE THROUGH THE SHARING OF CULTURE. WE NURTURE CULTURAL EXCHANGE, TEACH CULTURE AND ART, AND CREATE RELATIONSHIPS BUILT ON MUTUAL RESPECT.

TO PROMOTE AWARENESS AND ASSIST IN THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF THE ASIAN BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

The goal of this organization is to work to relieve poverty in developing countries by providing funds, technical assistance and supplies which improve the health, education, welfare, social well-being and self-reliance of individuals and families. Also included are organizations that provide relief services in response to a major disaster or large-scale emergency that occurs abroad.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, water polo, boating, white water rafting and other water sports. Coaching, access to a swimming pool or other facilities, sports equipment, and officials for competitions are generally included.

MISSION:

THE THIRD STORY CREATES AND RUN YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS FOR AT-RISK YOUTH IN TWO WEST DENVER NEIGHBORHOODS. THE THIRD STORY PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY: SUMMER PROGRAMS (SUMMER JAM), STREET CHURCH, WHIZ KIDS TUTORING, THE EDGGE (OPPORTUNITIES FOR MIDDLE-SCHOOL BOYS AND MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS), COMMUNITY OUTREACH, SMART SACKS DINNERS AND HEALTHY MINI MEALS. THE THIRD STORY ALSO RAISES AWARENESS AND FUNDS FOR THESE PROGRAMS THROUGH WRITTEN MEDIA AND MUSIC.

PROMOTING LITERACY FOR YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE DENVER METROPOLITAN AREA; AND ENCOURAGING OLDER CHILDREN IN THE DENVER METROPOLITAN AREA WHO HAVE OVERCOME LITERACY CHALLENGES TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

TO IMPROVE THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS AND PROMOTE THE COMMON INTEREST OF ONE OR MORE LINES OF BUSINESS THAT INVOLVE THE MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTION, INSTALLATION, MARKETING, SALES AND RELATED SERVICES THAT ALL INVOLVE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

The goal of this organization is to influence public policy within the Food, Agriculture, and Nutrition major group area. Includes a variety of activities from public education and influencing public opinion to lobbying national and state legislatures.

THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING FOOD PERMANENT HOUSING CLOTHING MEDICAL CARE AND COMPASSIONATE PERSONAL CARE TO THE MOST HELPLESS NEEDY AND MARGINALIZED ELDERLY PEOPLE AND THOSE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.
