THE ORGANIZATION NEGOTIATES COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. IT NEGOTIATES WITH LABOR ORGANIZATIONS FOR BETTER SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS AND FOR BETTER TRAINING STANDARDS FOR MEMBERS. IT REPRESENTS APPROXIMATELY 18 COMPANIES AND 550 EMPLOYEES.
