WORKFORCE VENTURES ALSO ASSISTS AND CONSULTS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN DEVELOPING AND MANAGING SIMILAR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FINANCING PROGRAMS. THE INCOME SHARE ARRANGEMENTS HAVE A PAY-IT-FORWARD MECHANISM THAT ALLOW PARTICIPANTS WHO OBTAIN HIGH PAYING JOBS TO HELP SUPPORT FUTURE STUDENTS.
