PROVIDE EXPERT ASSISTANCE IN SUSTAINABLE TRAIL DESIGN, BUILDING, AND MAINTENANCE. WORK WITH OTHER TRAIL USER GROUPS, LAND MANAGERS, AND POLICY MAKERS TO DEVELOP FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE POLICIES GOVERNING THE USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDS.
