ADDITIONALLY, WE MARKET AND PROMOTE RIO AMERICANO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC PROGRAMS IN WHICH THE LIFELONG VALUES OF SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND COMMITMENT ARE EMPHASIZED. WE SUPPORT SCHOOL SPIRIT AND PARTICIPATION WHICH ENRICHES THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING OF ALL STUDENTS.

ESTABLISHED IN 1985 AS AN AFFILIATE OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY COLLEGES (AACC), THE COUNCIL IS THE NATIONS PREMIER ORGANIZATION FOR PREPARATION AND SUPPORT OF HISPANIC LEADERS IN AMERICAS COMMUNITY COLLEGES. THE NON-PROFIT, PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO DELIVERING HIGH QUALITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCES AND PROVIDING HISPANICS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO CONTINUE THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
