THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRUST IS TO SERVE AS A TYPE III SUPPORT ORGANZATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (THE "CODE") WITH RESPECT TO HOMENETMEN GLENDALE ARARAT, WHICH IS AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3), AND WHICH IS NOT A PRIVATE FOUNDATION BECAUSE IT IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(2).
