THE MAIN FOCUS IS TO HELP THE 400,000 PLUS VETERANS IN ARIZONA, BUT IT ALSO WANTS TO HELP THOSE THAT WANT A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE WITH DENTAL IMPLANTS BUT ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD THEM. DENTAL HEARTS BELIEVES THAT EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO A BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND GREAT QUALITY OF LIFE WITH DENTAL IMPLANTS.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

(DMB) IS A NONPROFIT INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF (SEE SCHEDULE O) ARIZONA WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE ARTS, ACADEMICS AND ATHLETICS OF DESERT MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA. WE HAVE 20 BOOSTER CLUBS UNDER OUR BOOSTER UMBRELLA. THIS ALLOWS THE SUB-BOOSTERS TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF A NONPROFIT. THEY SHARE THE GOVERNANCE, FIDUCIARY AND COMPLIANCE POLICES OF THE UMBRELLA BOOSTER.
