IN ADDITION, IT MAY PROVIDE LOANS TO THE SAME ARIZONA NONPROFIT CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA SIGMA PHI EPSILON CHAPTER HOUSE AT MARKET INTEREST RATES.
