A NEW ENTITY FOR IGI WAS FORMED IN 2022 AS A WHOLLY CONTROLLED SUBSIDIARY OF BOOST OTHERS AND SUBSEQUENTLY SPUN OFF AS A SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT, ENTITY ON 1/1/24.
