WE WILL ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION THROUGH BROAD MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION AND BUILDING ALLIANCES WITH OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY, OR MAXIMUM IMPACT ENVIRONMENT.
