THE ORGANIATION MAINTAINS AND OVERSEES THE RUNWAYS, TAXIWAYS, AND COMMON GROUNDS OF A PUBLIC AIRPORT USED BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF SEVERAL RURAL COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THESE AIRPORT FACILITIES GREATLY SERVES TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WELFARE OF THESE COMMUNITIES.
