PELHAM MANOR PROVIDES LOW INCOME LIVING AND HOUSING THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.

TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF LOW INCOME HOME OWNERS, ESPECIALLY ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLANGED PERSONS, AND TO IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE GREATER YOUNGSTOWN AREA BY PERFORMING ESSENTIAL HOME REPAIRS.

REGINA MANOR APARTMENTS, INC WAS FORMED ORIGINALLY TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES DISPLACED BY URBAN RENEWAL ACTION. IT SUBSEQUENTLY SOLD ITS ASSETS TO ANOTHER ENTITY WHICH PROVIDES THE HOUSING DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND THIS ENTITY NOW HOLDS DEBT USED TO FINANCE THAT FUNCTION.
