MONITOR AND OFFER PROFESSIONAL REVIEWS AND OPINIONS REGARDING PENDING LEGISLATION AND RESEARCH NEW YORK STATE AND LOCAL LAWS ANDREGULATIONS AS THEY PERTAIN TO OR MAY AFFECT THE PRACTICE OF GEOLOGY IN NEW YORK STATE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY THE EMPLOYMENT OF A LOBBYIST INCONJUNCTION WITH OUR LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE REVIEWING BILLS SUBMITTED TO THE NYS LEGISLATURE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.3.
