TO PROMOTE RESTORATIVE PRACTICES BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, AND COMMUNITIES TO PROMOTE JUST OUTCOMES.
