THROUGH THESE SERVICES THE WOMEN MOVE FROM DEPENDENCE TO SELF SUFFICIENCY AND INDEPENDENCE.

THROUGH ITS DIVISION, UNITED GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES OF NEW YORK (UGSNY), LCG PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS DEEMED BY NEW YORK STATE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES TO BE INCAPACITATED. UGSNY WAS FORMED IN RESPONSE TO THE GROWING NUMBER OF ELDERLY, MANY OF WHOM ARE NO LONGER CAPABLE OF MAKING THEIR OWN HEALTH AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE THROUGH THE USE OF DEDICATED LEGAL, FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL SERVICE PERSONNEL, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY MINIMIZING THE EFFECT ON THE CLIENT'S ESTATE.
