THE CORPORATION REALIZED THIS PURPOSE BY MANAGING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING A HOMELESS HOUSING PROJECT IN NEW YORK CITY. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2013, THE CORPORATION DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE ITS PROGRAM SERVICES AND TO SELL ITS HOUSING FACILITY. THE ORGANIZATION ENDED ITS OPERATIONS OF THIS PROGRAM AS OF JULY 31, 2013.

HARBOR HILL OWNED AND OPERATED AN 87 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BROOKLYN NY THAT SERVED THE FRAIL AND ELDERLY. ON NOVEMBER 25, 2019, THE PROPERTY WAS SOLD IN A HUD APPROVED SALE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING BY A NEW OWNER.

THE MISSION OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN NASSAU COUNTY, NY IS TO PROVIDE DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR QUALIFYING FAMILIES IN NASSAU COUNTY, NEW YORK.
