WCDC'S MISSION IS TO IMPROVE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS FOR FAMILIES IN CAMDEN, PARTICULARLY THE MORGAN VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD, IN ORDER TO BUILD SELF-SUFFICIENT, SELF-RELIANT HOUSEHOLDS.
