IT ACHIEVES THIS PURPOSE THROUGH THE EXCHANGE OF AND SHARING OF IDEAS, INFORMATION, TOOLS AND EXPERIENCES CENTERED AROUND AN ACCURATE, ACTIVE, PARTICIPATORY, OBJECT-BASED HISTORICAL INTERPRETATION.
