THE GEIST LAKE COALITION SHALL PROMOTE AND FOSTER THE SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE RECREATIONAL USE OF GEIST LAKE BY ALL CONSTITUENCIES AND THE PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF LAND VALUES AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL GEIST LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS THROUGH RESPONSIBLE STEWARDSHIP OF GEIST LAKE'S RESOURCES, BY, FOR EXAMPLE, (I) PROVIDING FUNDING FOR BOATING SAFETY, WATER QUAILTY, AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES, (II) PREPARING, DISTRIBUTING, AND PROVIDING ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS OR OTHERWISE FAMILIARIZING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WITH ISSUES AND PROBLEMS AFFECTING GEIST LAKE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, (III) PROVIDING GROUPS, FORUMS, PANELS, LECTURES, OR SIMILAR PROGRAMS FOR PUBLIC DISCUSSION OF TOPICS CONCERNING GEIST LAKE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, (IV) STUDYING OR PROMOTING A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF ISSUES CONCERNING GEIST LAKE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONDUCTING OR SPONSORING RESEARCH RELATING TO BOATING SAFETY ISSUES, WATER QUALITY ISSUES, AND OTHER ISSUES, ETC.

THE ORGANIZATION IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT SHALL BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND OTHER PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AS ARE DESCRIBED IN L70(C)(2)(B), 50L(C)(3), 2055(A)(2), AND 2522(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL TAX LAWS. THE ORGANIZATION PRINCIPALLY EXISTS TO (A) COLLABORATE AND BEAUTIFY URBAN SCHOOLS IN VARIOUS CITIES BY PROVIDING QUALITY LANDSCAPING SERVICES AND SUPPLIES TO SUCH SCHOOLS; (B) OFFER A JOBS TRAINING PROGRAM AND JOB FAIR TO EXPOSE STUDENTS FROM URBAN SCHOOLS TO THE LANDSCAPING AND GREEN INDUSTRY AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES THEREIN; (C) SOLICIT AND RECEIVE FUNDS FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES; AND (D) PURSUE ANY OTHER PURPOSE PERMITTED TO BE PURSUED BY A CHARITY (OR, BY A PRIVATE FOUNDATION SHOULD THIS ORGANIZATION EVER BECOME A PRIVATE FOUNDATION), AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED IN 26 USC 50L(A) AND (C)(3) AND ASSOCIATED REGULATIONS, AS
