THESE PROJECTS BUILD SAFER ENVIRONMENTS; CULTIVATE COMMUNITY AMONG RESIDENTS, NEIGHBORHOODS, AND NETWORKS OF LOCAL RESOURCE PROVIDERS; AND CONNECT RESIDENTS TO A PERMANENT PATH TOWARDS HEALTHY, HOPEFUL, AND STABLE LIVES.
