WHEN SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE AT OUR RENTAL PROPERTY, UNITS ARE OFFERED TO CLIENTS WHO MEET THE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS. LEASES ARE LESS THAN MARKET-RATE AND SHORT-TERM AND ONLY OFFERED TO OUR EXISTING CLIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY A HOME FIRE. WE ALSO MAINTAIN A WAITLIST OF CLIENTS INTERESTED IN THE EMERGENCY HOUSING PROGRAM SO THAT THE PROCESS IS FAIR AND EQUITABLE. THERAPY - INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, AND COUPLES THERAPY IS OFFERED TO ALL OUR FRONT PORCH CLIENTS BUT NOT MANDATED. WE ACCEPT MEDICAID AND MEDICARE INSURANCE AND FOR THOSE CLIENTS WITHOUT MEDICAID OR MEDICARE WE OFFER AFFORDABLE THERAPY THAT IS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN MARKET-RATE HOURLY RATES. ALL OF OUR CLIENTS HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE TRAUMATIC EVENT OF A HOUSE FIRE AND RECEIVING THERAPY IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE RECOVERY PROCESS.
