ALTADENA VISTAS APARTMENTS IS A 22 UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CA. THE UNITS ARE ELIGIBLE AND QUALIFY FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 42 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AS ENACTED BY THE TAX REFORM ACT OF 1986.
