THE MISSION OF THE VETERANS ACCESSION HOUSE (VAH) IS TO OFFER SECURE, AFFORDABLE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR VETERANS OF THE U.S. ARMED SERVICES. A VAH RESIDENT WILL BE PROVIDED A STABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT WHERE A VETERAN CAN FIND THE SUPPORT OF CAMARADERIE OF LIKE-MINDED, GOAL-ORIENTED VETERANS WHO HAVE SERVED THEIR COUNTRY.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS; TO SERVE AS A GENERAL PARTNER IN A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHICH OWNS AND OPERATES HOUSING FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOW-INCOME PERSONS AND TO SUPPORT THE PURPOSES OF ALTA HOUSING.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.
