SUCH LITIGATION MAY INVOLVE CHALLENGES TO WIDE BASED POLICIES FOLLOWED BY THE STATE IN EXCLUDING PERSONS FROM EMPLOYMENT OR OTHER BENEFITS AND IN MAINTAINING AND DISSEMINATING RECORDS OF CRIMINAL ARRESTS OR CONVICTIONS.

IT IS THE MISSION OF THE NON-PROFIT CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAM OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (CPP) TO PREVENT AND/OR SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE THE THEFT OF ALL TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND THE VANDALISM OF CONSTRUCTION JOB SITES.
