TO DIRECT ALL MUSEUM OPERATIONS, IMPROVEMENTS, FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES AND TO HOLD IN TRUST ALL FUNDS DESIGNATED FOR THE MUSEUM AND ITS OPERATIONS.
