ALL NECESSARY MEANS OF PROMOTION SHALL BE PROVIDED AND PARTICULAR ATTENTION AND EMPHASIS SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE ECONOMIC, CIVIC, COMMERCIAL, CULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND EDUCATIONAL INTEREST OF THE AREA. TO MAINTAIN A SOUVENIR SHOP TO PROMOTE PUNXSUTAWNEY PHIL, GROUNDHOG'S DAY, AND EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THAT DRAW TOURISM INTO THE AREA.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING COMMUNITY SUPPORT ORGANIZATION. FUNDS RAISED VIA RATTLESNAKE ROUND UP AND OTHER EVENTS DURING THE YEAR. AREA WIDE INVOLVEMENT AND EVENTS TO HELP THE COMMUNITY INCREASED COMMERCE, SERVICE EVENTS, DONATIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS.

EX LIBRIS USERS OF NORTH AMERICA IS AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION WITH A MISSION TO SERVE THE USERS OF EX LIBRIS PRODUCTS AS A LIAISON TO THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH PRODUCTS; IDENTIFY NEEDED ENHANCEMENTS OF THOSE PRODUCTS; FACILITATE COMMUNICATION AMONG USERS OF THOSE PRODUCTS BY ORGANIZING CONFERENCES AND MAINTAINING A WEBSITE FOR COORDINATING E-MAIL DISCUSSION LISTS; AND PROVIDING A FORUM FOR SHARING BEST PRACTICES VIA WORKSHOPS.
