MISSION:

GCYAA STRIVES TO INSTILL MUTUAL RESPECT, TRUST, SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND A SENSE OF COMMUNITY PRIDE. THROUGH LEADERSHIP AND EXCEPTIONAL GUIDANCE OF OUR COACHES; PARTICIPANTS IN OUR PROGRAM WILL LEARN TEAMWORK, DISCIPLINE, SELF-AWARENESS, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS REGARDLESS OF GENDER, RACE, RELIGION, OR PHILOSOPHY. THE MISSION OF THE CARTERET COUNTY WILDLIFE CLUB IS TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES, TO TEACH AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATION ON TOPICS CONCERNING WILDLIFE AND OUR ENVIRONMENT, AND TO PROMOTE OUTDOOR RECREATION AND THE USE OF SAFE PRACTIES WHILE ENJOYING OUR OUTDOORS.
