THE JOSEPH R. POND MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, INC. WAS CREATED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF THE LATE JOSPEH R. POND. THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS THE PRODUCTION OF A BARBEQUE AND BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL TO BE HELD EACH MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND IN THE CSRA.
