PHASE I HAS 16 UNITS AND PHASE II HAS 16 UNITS. THE CORPORATION'S MORTGAGE LOANS WERE PROVIDED THROUGH THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, UNDER SECTION 515 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949.

The goal of this organization is to develop, maintain and make available to the general public recreational areas which are equipped with athletic fields and courts, campgrounds, picnic areas and a variety of recreational trails such as bridle trails, hiking trails, off-the-road vehicle trails and snowmobile trails.

THE ORIGINAL TRUST AGREEMENT REQUIRED THE TRUSTEES TO DISTRIBUTE THE TRUST ESTATE SOLELY TO THE CITY OF FORT MADISON FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT OR IMPROVEMENTS AS THEY CITY OF FORT MADISON MAY LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY UNDERTAKE. FUNDS WERE CONTRIBUTED AND LAND WAS PURCHASED AND A GOLF COURSE WAS BUILT. THE GOLF COURSE IS TO BE USED BY ANY AND ALL OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

MISSION:

STOCKTON YACHT CLUB IS A MEMBERSHIP OF PERSONS TO PROMOTE BOATING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS PURPOSE MEMBERS CONTRIBUTE DUES AND PAY ASSESSMENTS.

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE THE YOUTH OF STEUBEN COUNTY, INDIANA THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE SPORTS OF BASEBALL, SOFTBALL AND FOOTBALL IN A SAFE, ORGANIZED AND SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT, WHILE FOSTERING THE PRINCIPALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, AND DISCIPLINE AS WELL AS BUILDING SELF-ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE. THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO ENSURE THAT EVERY CHILD WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE REGARDLESS OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC STANDING.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in ice hockey, ice skating, alpine and cross-country skiing, sledding/tobogganing and other winter sports. Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.
